Howard Holley, Chair and CEO

Howard M. Holley is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of TouchPoint Management Services (TMS). TouchPoint Management Services is a certified- Minority Business Enterprise that helps organizations optimize their communications expenditures. Utilizing a network of best-in-breed partners - TMS provides deep expertise in optimizing communication and providing cost savings when procuring printing, fulfillment, marketing and creative services.

Holley is a former senior executive of the Xerox Corporation, having spent more than thirty-three years with the industry leader. During the early stages of Howard’s career, Holley was named district manager of the San Diego / Las Vegas region, general manager of sales & management training at the Xerox Document University and region vice-president of Xerox Business Services.

Holley has considerable global executive experience having led Xerox’s outsourcing division within the corporation’s Emerging Markets Operations (China, India, Russia and South Africa). Holley also was assigned as an expatriate in China leading Xerox China’s Enterprise Solutions Group as a senior vice president and general manager. The group was headquartered in Shanghai with regional offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chengdu. Following his three (3) year assignment in Asia, he returned to the U.S. to manage the corporation’s Production Systems Group in the developing markets of India, Mexico, Central and South America, the Middle East and Africa.

In 2004, Holley accepted an assignment within Xerox Global Services to create a consulting practice that would later be known as Document Outsourcing and Communications Services (DOCS).  He provided global leadership for this $1B line of business as a senior vice president and general manager until his retirement from Xerox in March 2009.

Howard Holley has received numerous honors for his work, including the United Negro College Fund Excellence Award, Junior Achievement Chairman’s Award, City of San Diego’s Distinguished Leadership Award, the Black Women’s Leadership Council Glass Ceiling Award and Xerox Corporation’s Diversity Leadership Award and Individual Excellence Award.

Holley is a former vice-chairman of the Urban League in Southeastern CT, former vice chairman of Junior Achievement in San Diego and a current member of the Board of Directors of the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce. He is Chair of the Daytona State College Foundation and Chair of the Flagler Chamber Foundation.

Howard Holley has been a speaker at AIIM/On Demand, Xplor International in the US and Brazil, Shanghai’s First Annual TQM Conference, National Black Employees’ Annual Conference, University Business Conference, IDEAlliance and many other conferences, corporate events and universities. ABC News, NY Times, Shanghai News and Ebony magazine have written articles and national broadcast shows featuring him, his career and his family. In his first run for public office, Holley was a candidate in 2014 for Flagler County Commissioner (FL) – District 2.

Howard and his wife, Dr Barbara C. Holley, live in Palm Coast, Florida and have four children and ten grandchildren.

Chris Illman, Vice Chair

Chris has over 20 years of progressive management experience. Chris is responsible for the company’s business activities including strategic direction and growth strategies. Chris was instrumental in the development of theU.Connect platform. Chris was previously a Managing Director of Sales for Gartner eMetrix where he was responsible for worldwide revenue and business development. He also spent 15 years at Xerox Corp., where he served as General Manager, Upper Midwest Operations. Chris was hired as the CEO of CoakleyTech in 2002, which became part of OneTouchPoint in July 2007.  In 2012, CoakleyTech was merged into what is now the Midwest division. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.  He is looking forward to working the team to expand our customer base and strengthen the working relationships between the divisions.  Chris and his wife Cathy live in Pewaukee, WI and have three daughters; Sydney, Maddie, and Sophie.
