New Firm Launched Offering National Communication Management Services

Palm Coast, FL August 1, 2016 – The strengths of two leading companies have combined to create a national communication management services firm. The Holley Group (a marketing innovation and communication services group) and OneTouchPoint (a national marketing execution provider) have joined forces to create TOUCHPOINT MANAGEMENT SERVICES (TMS) headquartered in Palm Coast Florida.

Holley is a former senior executive with Xerox Corporation, with significant experience in the printing, publishing and business process outsourcing industries. At Xerox, he created a consulting practice that would become Document Outsourcing and Communications Services. Holley provided global leadership for this  $1 Billion dollar line of business as a senior vice president and General Manager. 

Vice Chair, Chris Illman, is currently CEO of OneTouchPoint, www.1touchpoint.com. Previously, Illman was Worldwide Managing Director of Sales for Gartner eMetrix. He has over 20 years of progressive management experience and is responsible for the company’s business activities including strategic direction and growth strategies. Illman was instrumental in the development of the U.Connect platform, a modular online portal designed to manage a clients entire marketing supply chain efforts.

Howard Holley, Chair and CEO

Holley is Chief Executive Officer for TouchPoint Management Services and also is President and CEO of The Holley Group which he founded in 2009. He has over 45 years of experience in the printing, publishing and outsourcing industries. He is a former senior executive of the Xerox Corporation where his career spanned 33 years. His work at Xerox encompassed senior leadership roles in Sales & Marketing, Field Operations and Enterprise Document Solutions in the United States, China, Russia, India and Latin America. In his last role he led the development and growth of the Document Outsourcing and Communications Services line of business. Prior to joining Xerox, Holley was publisher and editor of The Black Pages in the Metropolitan New York area. Read More

Chris Illman, Vice Chair

Illman is currently President and CEO of One Touch Point which is majority owned by the Private Equity Firm, ICV Capital. Previous to this position Illman was WW Managing Director of Sales for Gartner eMetrix. He was responsible for world wide revenue and business development for Direct Sales, Alliances and Channels for a software start up venture of publicly held Gartner, Inc. Chris has extensive M&A experience being a part of over 15 transactions as an investor and operator. Dr. Peter Holmes – Board Member

Dr. Holmes is the former CEO of Diversified Chemical Technologies a certified minority business enterprise (MBE). Previously, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for Celanese where he led the Office of Strategic Growth and was responsible for accelerating and enhancing the company’s innovation efforts. Prior to Celanese Holmes was SVP of Business Development for Cherokee Chemicals a wholly owned subsidiary of PRWT Services another certified-MBE. Holmes also spent 23 years with Rohm and Hass, Inc in various roles including running their Asia Pacific Operations.

Jermaine Warren – Board Member

Warren is currently a Principle at ICV Partners and a member of the Board of Directors of One Touch Point. Prior to re-joining ICV in 2010, Mr. Warren was an investment professional with Starwood Capital Group Global LLC, a Greenwich, CT based real estate private equity firm. Prior to Starwood Capital Group, Warren worked at ICV from 2003 to 2005 where he was a member of the team that executed the investment in Innovative Creative Packing Solutions, Inc. and the team that executed the divestiture of Marshall Retail Group, LLC from Fund I.

Christie Kimbell – Strategy & Marketing

Kimbell is currently VP of Marketing for One Touch Point. She has served previously as Chief Marketing Office for The Holley Group. Kimbell is an enterprising marketing and sales leader, who is skilled at building relationships internally and externally. Flexible and results-oriented, she has continually succeeded in leading teams to acquire, retain and grow business in highly competitive rapidly changing environments. She is skilled at creating cultures that utilize analytics as the foundation for effective creative execution.
